Back by popular demand, Chef Ryan Ososky is bringing D Town Pizza back to Coast Range!

Detroit Style Pizza is a square or rectangular pan pizza that was created in 1946.

It is a high-hydration thick “focaccia like” dough that is baked in blue steel pans once used in the automotive industry
as utility trays. Detroit Style Pizza is made with Wisconsin Brick Cheese that bakes and caramelizes to the pan to form the “frico”,
where the cheese meets the crust. The tomato sauce goes on after it’s baked in a “racing stripe” fashion.
