Visitors of all ages are inspired by the natural world of flora and fauna cultivated by the Santa Ynez Valley Botanic Garden, and there is fresh creative inspiration arriving with every new season. This spring, the SYV Botanic Garden is celebrating California's native plants with their first annual photography contest, open to amateur photographers of all ages.

April 15th - May 15th, journey through the SYV Botanic Garden and discover your own connection to the native plants that make their home there.  

Submit your photographs for a chance to win a cash prize and recognition on both the SYV Botanic Garden and the California Nature Art Museum (CalNAM) website. Select children’s submissions will also be displayed in the 3rd Floor Education Center at CalNAM. Santa Ynez Valley Botanic Garden
